Make sure every interaction that you’re doing with your customer, whether it’s someone who is buying your product or maybe you are buying product from someone else – maybe it’s one of your vendors – make sure that you’re going that extra mile, thinking about them first, seeing things from their perspective, and just giving them a great experience from start to finish.
